atser2008 said with quite a lot of assistance, I was able to retrieve the recording directly from my satellite box. (DVR) This is the clearest I am able to get it. Objects appear at beginning and again around the 2:46 mark (the latter appears to me to most likely be a bird).
Credit to Aster2008 who took the time and record the early BBC news on his DVR and an amazing surprise of 4 UFO's in a short clips and just maybe the Mothership did in fact show up in space...
